T&C for Skinworks Tattoo Prize Draw

  • By entering this draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions. 
  • This prize draw is being run by Belfast City Skinworks NI Ltd – (Skinworks) 
  • This prize draw is open to entrants 18 years of age or older. 
  • In entering this prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. 
  • Each entrant must purchase a £100 gift card for Belfast City Skinworks to enter the draw. 
  • There is no maximum entry limit per individual. 
  • Each £100 gift card purchased has full value across any Skinworks services. 
  • Closing date is 3pm on 31st October 2024.
  • To enter the prize draw simply go to our website www.belfastcityskinworks.com and click on the prize draw link or call into the studio to purchase a £100 gift card.
  • Any gift cards purchased for entry are non-refundable and must be used within 6 months of purchase.
  • For entry you will be required to provide your personal details and payment details. 
  • Skinworks will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or incorrect. 
  • One winner will be entitled to one full day sitting tattoo every 6 weeks, for one year from the date of the draw. This is equivalent to 8.5 days which has a normal price of £5950. 
  • Smaller tattoos can be done more frequently. 
  • Runners up will be entitled to one of the following: 3 runners up will win 1 free full day sitting tattoo each, 6 runners up will win 1 free half day sitting tattoo each and 5 runners up will win 1 £100 voucher
  • Winner and runners up will be drawn at random. 
    • Runners up who receive a gift card can redeem the gift card against any Skinworks service. Gift cards won must be used by 31st March 2025. 
    • Date restrictions apply to free tattoos during busy periods. 
    • Maximum one voucher can be used per transaction. 
  • The winning prizes have no financial value and are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered. 
  • Individuals who win free tattoos will be tattooed by Skinworks employees only, this does not include contractors or guest artists. 
  • The style and content of the tattoo/tattoos must be suitable for studio artists. 
  • Competition winners will be required to make any relevant consultation appointments for tattoos and book the tattoo appointment in advance and complete a medical questionnaire and consent form for every tattoo they receive. 
  • Winners will be given verbal and written aftercare instructions in order to take care of any tattoo they receive. Skinworks will not be held responsible for any problems resulting from negligence of the tattoo. Winners must agree that they are solely responsible to care for and heal any tattoo they receive. 
  • The decision of Skinworks regarding any aspect of this prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it. 
  • The winner and runners up will be notified via the email provided during entering the draw as well as posts on our social media pages. 
  • Skinworks will attempt to contact the winner by email up to two times. 
  • If the winners do not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they will lose their right to the prize, and Skinworks reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner. 
  • The winners must consent to any personal information they provide in entering the prize draw being used by Skinworks for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice. 
  • An announcement of the first name and first letter of the surname of the winner and runners up will be made via Skinworks social media pages. 
  • The winner and runners up will be required to provide a valid photographic ID when claiming their prizes in store. 
  • All personal information shall be used in accordance with Skinworks Privacy Notice and stored securely in compliance with GDPR regulations. 
  • Skinworks does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize. 
  • Skinworks reserves the right to cancel this competition at any time, in which case any entrants will be entitled to a full refund.
  • Skinworks does not provide any form of practical or IT support for this competition. 
  • Skinworks reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. 
  • The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by Northern Irish law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
